Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AINurseEducation.com, we are committed to educational excellence and student satisfaction. Self-paced continuing education courses are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the completion certificate and CE contact hours have not yet been generated.

For live cohorts such as the Certified AI Nurse Architect (CAINA™) program, refund requests submitted prior to the second live session will receive a prorated refund minus administrative onboarding materials.
